As a Security Officer Part Time Credential Lifecycle Support in Allentown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As an Access Control Officer, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, issuing badges, and supporting access procedures. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and help deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Customer Service Experience (B219):A minimum of [insert years] years of customer service experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

• Lift Up to 20 lbs (B208):Candidates must be physically capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20 pounds. This requirement is essential for roles that involve physical tasks and responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
