• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Direct visitors, assist with access management, and maintain professional presence in care areas.
• Complete reports and incident documentation accurately and promptly per site procedures.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $25.76 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)
• Valid Driver's License - In Job State (C124)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document security-related activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and maintenance concerns.
• Assist with directing visitors, supporting access management, and maintaining a professional presence in patient care and public areas while respecting privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Complete required reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
