Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for Mobile Patrol in Titusville, FL. You will provide customer service, monitor access points, and patrol facilities to deter threats while maintaining a visible presence.

The role includes shift flexibility with day and night blocks and opportunities to learn our smart shift-claim tools. Requires a guard card or license preferred and CPR is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, shipping and receiving areas, and vehicle traffic according to procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly; document observations and notify site contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and access-control records, communicating professionally with site personnel and the public.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site procedures. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while collaborating with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, visitor and contractor activity, shipping and receiving areas, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access-control records while communicating professionally with site personnel and the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
