Job summary

Allied Universal Nazareth, PA is seeking a Part Time Mobile Patrol Security Officer to monitor and protect a commercial real estate site. You will provide service to tenants and visitors while deploying mobile patrols and maintaining a visible security presence.

The role offers a flexible schedule with entries on Tuesday night and Saturday day shifts, and includes paid training, a path for career growth, and access to Allied Universal’s shift-claim platform.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and document activity and incidents.

You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and property staff while reporting observations and responding to routine security-related needs. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $14.86 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site policies, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders regarding security-related observations, incidents, and follow-up needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
