As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. You will remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss Prevention experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
