Allied Universal in Dover, Delaware is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer Incident Response to monitor and safeguard a financial institution. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service while following site procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location, perimeter, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or security concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately according to site requirements.

• Tue 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business location, perimeter, parking areas, and designated access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
