• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating timely information to responders and site leadership.
• Monitor cameras, access-control alerts, and communications systems; document dispatch activities and incidents accurately.
• Coordinate routine and urgent assignments for patrol personnel and maintain awareness of ongoing activity across the location.

What You'll Do:
