What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and access‑related questions, and report unauthorized access or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site‑specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be willing to receive required hospital vaccinations.
• Must be willing to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
