Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Hospital First Aid Patrol Security Officer in Solon, Ohio. You will perform unarmed patrols in a healthcare setting, provide superior customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring entry points, responding to incidents, and documenting patrol activities. The role offers a part-time schedule with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour and requires eligibility for hospital

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver''s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials as required, and directing patients and visitors to appropriate areas.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
