Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have reliable communication (cell phone)
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Possess a valid government-issued driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Observe and remain vigilant for signs of crime, disorder, hazard, and unusual activity
• Patrol on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to check for unsafe conditions and security violations
• De-escalate individuals verbally and physically as needed
• Inspect security devices and fire control equipment
• Screen visitors and aid admissions to the facility
• Respond to emergencies with calm urgency and proper procedures
• Prepare logs and reports in clear, interpretable format
• Read and interpret police reports and legal manuals
• Maintain Lost and Found logs per policy
• Willing to ride a bicycle and adhere to safety guidelines
