The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Security Officer to join the team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property features 780 rooms, 100,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Part-Time
• Shift: Must have availability for AM/PM and overnight shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

As a Security Officer, you will ensure the safety of guests and team members, and the security of the hotel and property, in line with our commitment to outstanding guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety and security risks
• Responding to emergency situations such as hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
• Writing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
