Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer – Front Desk Driver for a healthcare location in Branchburg, NJ. You will greet employees and visitors, manage access control, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs while delivering professional service and safety.

This role emphasizes customer-focused security, reliable communication, and teamwork. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 20 pounds are preferred, with flexible day-time weekend shifts available.

What You'll Do:

• Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk presence for employees, visitors, patients, and vendors at a healthcare location.
• Verify visitor identities, review access authorizations, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or site contacts as directed by established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
