Job Overview

Position: Security Flex Officer
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facilities. This role involves acting as a visible deterrent to crime, detecting and reporting suspicious or criminal acts, and maintaining safety at the assigned posts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment
• Driving Positions: valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Successful background check and drug screening
• Ability to work at multiple locations, cover shifts, and work any time/day
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs/ramps/ladders, and stand/walk for long periods
