Description:
St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a part-time Security Officer to join our team.
The primary responsibility of the Security Officer is ensuring the safety of hospital employees, patients, families, visitors, and property.
Schedule: Part-time (16 hours weekly)
Shift: Evening Shift on weekends (3:30 pm to 11:30 pm)
Flexibility to work rotating schedules as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain security of hospital premises, personnel, visitors, and property.
  • Implement fire prevention measures and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure safety practices are followed within assigned areas.
  • Oversee operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Conduct duties related to the metal detector screening process.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous related experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
