You will guard clients, monitor access, and deliver professional customer service while maintaining a safe, controlled environment.

This role offers weekend night shifts (Sat and Sun 9 PM–5 AM) with a competitive pay rate of $23.36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers while enforcing access control procedures.
• Monitor entry points and verify credentials in accordance with facility policies.
• Respond to security incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access areas, gates, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Follow chemical/petrochemical facility protocols and PPE requirements.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access control areas, entry gates, parking areas, and facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Follow chemical and petrochemical facility protocols, including required personal protective equipment requirements, restricted-area procedures, and reporting expectations.

What You\'ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver\'s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver\'s license will be required for driving positions only.
