Qualifications

• Background check will be conducted as per federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required, per law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and regulations.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization credentials, manage visitor entry procedures, and maintain required access-control records for restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, access points, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting compliance with site access requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
