Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Entry Authorization in Russellville, KY. You will protect client facilities, manage access points, verify credentials, and maintain safety across the site.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify employee, visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue and collect access badges or passes, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
