Allied Universal in Portland, TN is seeking a Part Time Access Coordination Security Officer to monitor entry points, verify credentials, and provide professional customer service.

You will join a team that values integrity, flexibility, and growth opportunities, with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour and a schedule including daytime weekend shifts.

This role requires at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, and maintain visitor and delivery records in accordance with site requirements.
• Control access to restricted areas and report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious activity, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:
