Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and associates by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, process visitors and vendors, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, following escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access areas, parking areas, loading zones, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and emergency responders while documenting observations and incidents.

Pay Rate: $15.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sun: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points for a retail distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, process visitors and vendors, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, delivery drivers, and emergency responders while documenting security-related observations and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
