Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Entry Access Support Officer at Conley, GA. You will manage site access, monitor entry points, and provide excellent customer service to drivers, visitors, and staff in a logistics/distribution environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and maintain records.
• Control access to the facility, shipping/receiving areas, trailer yards, and restricted locations per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and other areas to deter unauthorized access.

Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and access records.
• Control access to the facility, shipping and receiving areas, trailer yards, and other restricted locations in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and operational areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
