Pay Rate: $25.10 / Hour

• Valid Driver's License:
• Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the AUS Driver Policy Requirements.
• Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver's license that is recognized in the job state where they will be employed.
• EMT Certification:
• Candidates applying for positions that require emergency medical response must have a valid EMT certification.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Candidates must demonstrate comfort and proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.
• Customer Service Experience:
• Candidates should possess prior customer service experience. This experience is essential for roles that involve direct interaction with clients or customers, ensuring a high level of service and

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations while observing for unusual activity or hazardous conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
