As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM


• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and documenting events according to site requirements.


• Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
