Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Officer – Driver Compliance Patrol in Foster City, CA. Provide on-site security and customer service at healthcare facilities, patrolling and monitoring access while maintaining a professional presence to deter incidents.

Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Flexible weekend schedule with pay rate of $28.50 per hour.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare and laboratory areas, offices, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, supporting controlled entry to sensitive areas.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Job Schedule:

• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
