Job Schedule: Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thu 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access logs.
• Screen personnel, contractors, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements, escalating unauthorized access attempts or prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
