Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.

• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual activity to relevant personnel.
• Complete accurate logs and shift documentation per site requirements.

Position Type: Part Time / Overnight Shift

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, lobby areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by client site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
