Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of guest areas, event spaces, back-of-house locations, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and employee entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents and guest concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Fri: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sat: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of guest areas, event spaces, back-of-house locations, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and employee entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports related to incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
