What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report unusual activity or conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
