Qualifications

• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and emergency response when needed.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor/contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel per site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Maintain accurate records of access activity, incidents, inspections, and shift communications.

• Thursday: 10:00 PM - 02:30 AM
• Friday: 10:00 PM - 02:30 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM - 02:30 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 PM - 02:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Maintain accurate records of access activity, incidents, inspections, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
