• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize service requests, and coordinate responses to incidents and alarms.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident details, shift activity records, and communications with on-site personnel and responding agencies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate information through established channels as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols around the facility and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and deterring unauthorized activity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a technology infrastructure location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize service requests, and coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and other critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident details, shift activity records, and communications with on-site personnel and responding agencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
