Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Dispatch Operations Security professional in King Of Prussia, PA to support aerospace/defense locations. You will coordinate security communications, monitor alarms, and dispatch responders while providing professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As a DoD Top Secret clearance holder, you will operate with strict access control and badge procedures, maintaining situational awareness and adhering to site policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management to ensure secure access to facilities.
• Alarm Panel Experience (B202): Familiarity with alarm panel systems is required to maintain safety and security measures within the organization.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets, as these tools are essential for daily operations and communication.
• CPR Certification (B205): A valid CPR certification is required to ensure the safety and well‑being of employees and clients in emergency situations.
• Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates should possess relevant customer service experience to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Dispatch security‑related personnel to incidents, service requests, alarms, and critical situations using established communication protocols and site procedures.
• Monitor incoming calls, radio traffic, alarms, and electronic systems; document incident details, dispatch actions, and follow‑up information accurately.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating relevant information to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned business areas and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
