As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine rounds, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a caring, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate site personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and complete required reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
