Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incidents, service requests, and operational concerns.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and site support as needed.
• Build positive working relationships with tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
• Follow site procedures, post orders, and security protocols.
• Communicate observations and important updates to site leadership.
