As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access and site operations. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, exterior areas, restricted access points, and perimeter boundaries to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and required reports accurately and promptly, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Preferred: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Preferred: Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
