Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Bicycle Patrol Driver in Wilmington, DE. The role offers a fixed Saturday shift (02:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with additional shifts available through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program to increase earnings across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include providing customer service, responding to incidents, conducting bike patrols, monitoring access points, and completing shift reports.

• Monitor access points and visitor or contractor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift communications, and promptly notify appropriate site contacts of security-related incidents or concerns.

Position Details

Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Bicycle Patrol Driver

Location: Wilmington, DE

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
