Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.
Alarm Panel Experience (B202) Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, troubleshooting, and responding to alarm events.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize digital communication tools effectively.
Customer Service Experience (B219) Candidates must possess strong customer service skills. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience in a professional setting.
