• Possess alarm panel experience, preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law; employment drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while carrying out security‑related procedures at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unauthorized access and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, problem‑solving, and coordination with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications per Allied Universal procedures.

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Sat02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific procedures.
