Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Access Control Patrol Driver in Fife, WA. You will serve and safeguard clients, monitor access points, and support badge and access control activities.

The role offers weekend shifts, a $23.15 hourly pay, and opportunities to earn more through our Shift program. You will conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain logs while adhering to site policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required as per policy.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and remain visible to help deter incidents. You will support badge and access control activities, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use technology to document security-related observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, shipping and receiving locations, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements; maintain accurate logs and complete required reports.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and emergency personnel while supporting a professional and orderly work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
