What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.


• Control the movement of employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, business operations, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.


• A Guard Card/License is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
