As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while using computer or tablet systems as needed. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $11.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization for visitors and contractors, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Observe site conditions such as unsecured doors, damaged fencing, fire hazards, and restricted-area activity, then promptly communicate concerns to appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
