Job Description

• Allied Universal is hiring for a Part Time Security Officer.
• The site is a major automaker in Sterling Heights, MI.
• The position starts at $17.90/hr, increasing to $18.99 after 90 days.
• Must have a valid driver's license for more than 1 year.

Allied Universal seeks to fill the role of Professional Security Officer.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background checks in accordance with laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered.
• Must pass a drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
