A Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members, as well as the security of the hotel and property. This role supports the hotel's commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining financial profitability.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify potential safety and security risks
• Respond to emergency situations such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property
• Promote safe work practices among staff and guests
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
• Write reports and ensure accurate documentation of incidents
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
