Job summary

City Security Services LTD is seeking an unarmed Security Officer to patrol a residential community in Houston, TX. You will conduct golf cart and foot patrols, monitor activity, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible security presence.

The role requires a Level II Security License or the ability to obtain one, a valid driver’s license, and reliable overnight availability. Part-time overnight shifts include Friday and Saturday 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Active Level II Security License or ability to obtain one.
• Active Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct golf cart and foot patrols throughout a gated residential community.
• Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property.
• Assist visitors with directions as needed.
• Conduct perimeter checks of community amenities, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
• Respond to resident complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity.
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

Pay: $14/hr
Location: Houston, TX 77066 (Champions/FM1960 West Area)
Schedule: Part-Time, Overnight, 16hours/week

• Friday: 10:00PM - 6:00AM
• Saturday: 10:00PM - 6:00AM

City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Security Officer to provide security services within a residential community. In this role, you will conduct golf cart and foot patrols, monitor resident and visitor activity, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
