Job Description

We are seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

Pay Rate: $22.50 per Hour

Weekly Pay! Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills.

This part-time role involves ensuring the safety and security of the facilities. The Security Flex Officer acts as a visible deterrent to crime, reports suspicious or unsafe activities, and maintains safety at their assigned posts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be needed prior to employment.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Available to work at multiple locations, including special projects, call-offs, and open shifts.
• Flexible to work any time and day.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical requirements include working in various environments, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs, and standing or walking for long periods.
