Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of law enforcement experience.
• The ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle may be required depending on location and/or position.

Responsibilities

• Monitors physical surroundings throughout location for safety and functionality.
• Responds quickly and courteously to patrons' needs, questions, comments or concerns with answers and/or action.
• During special events, acts in managing crowd/traffic control. At event's end, walks through assigned areas and ensures the facility is cleared out.
• In cases of emergency, actively assists in safeguarding patrons and follows escalation procedures as necessary.
