Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer — Full Time at Pardeeville, WI with additional assignments in Madison, WI. Wage is $25.00/HR for a temporary, full-time position from 11/1/26 to 12/21/26.

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Prior security, law enforcement or military experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Remain calm under pressure and vigilant during shifts.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and escalation.
• Strong observational, communication and quick decision‑making abilities.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
