• Monitor access points, vehicle traffic, and loading areas for irregular activity and report observations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols around the facility and perimeter; adapt to location differences.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Tue: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sat: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sun: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and deliveries entering and exiting the distribution location in accordance with site policies and applicable procedures.
• Monitor access points, vehicle traffic, and loading areas for irregular activity, reporting observations and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, trailer yard, loading areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
