You will work overnights with a driving-eligible requirement and must meet the minimum qualifications including a valid driver's license, 18+ (21+ for armed roles), and a background check.

As a Security Officer - Overnights Full Time in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail location personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.


• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft, and other policy violations.


• Complete required reports, document incidents and unusual activities, and maintain a professional presence consistent with Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
