Job Description
Join our team for a Hiring Event on Tuesday, 6 May, from 9am to 3pm at the Holiday Inn Express, 12381 Felch St., Holland, MI 49424. Allied Universal is hiring Security Officers in Holland, MI, at $18.50 per hour, with all shifts available. No experience is necessary—we will train you! Applicants should have a valid driver’s license for more than 1 year. As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities

1. Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
2. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
3. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with work environments that may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

1. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
2. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
3. Undergo a background check and drug screening as per legal requirements.
4. Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
5. A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
