Job Description

We are now hiring in Philadelphia, PA, at the 1600 Block of Market Street. This is a part-time position with multiple shifts available, working Monday through Sunday, at a rate of $18.20 per hour. Excellent career advancement opportunities are available. Paid orientation, medical, dental, vision, and 401k are provided for full-time staff. Candidates must be 21 years or older with at least 1 year of security experience, able to work outdoors, and stand or walk for long periods.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facilities. This role involves acting as a visible deterrent to crime, detecting and reporting suspicious or criminal acts, and maintaining safety for property, clients, guests, and employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements vary by location and may need to be completed prior to employment.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Flexible availability to work multiple locations, shifts, and days.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand or walk for long periods.
