Qualifications

AZ Unarmed Guard Card is required or willingness to obtain one.
18 years of age or older.
Driver's License and ability to drive a company vehicle (21+ for driving).
High school degree or equivalent.
Security experience preferred but not required.
Professional demeanor and appearance.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
Patrol interior and exterior of the property and multiple buildings to identify risks.
Report alarms or request police, paramedics or fire departments in emergencies.
Warn violators of rule infractions and complete parking patrols as needed.
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activities.
Deter criminal activity and maintain site post orders.
Lock and unlock areas according to opening/closing procedures.
